What is Co-creation Thinking? A take on creativity based in a co-creation of unique strategies and ideas that solve marketing, communication, business and product ideation challenges. We call it IDEATORS. It’s an evolution from Design Thinking. We took the basis and improved it to focus on creativity and communication challenges. This has led us to validate it at Harvard University, teach it at Católica Lisbon Univertsity and empower companies around the world in the methodology.
HOW WE DO IT
Co-Creation Thinking Workshops that can last from half a day to a full week, in a fully collaborative way of working, with real time and on the spot doing and decision making. They can either be a part of our services: we develop all the strategic and creative outputs needed for a communication project.

LEARNING · IDEATING · IMPROVING · DOING
To fully understand the challenges, context, background, opportunities, goals, benchmark, etc. Used for the perfect briefing, we putt everyone on the same with a general update, using several sources of information.
To creatively explore solutions, scenarios, ideas and generate insights.
Brainstorm 2.0. We start with quantity over quality, but keeping in mind the outputs from the learning phase that should always be your reference.
To fine-tune and further explore initial ideas. To evolve from ideas to concepts and strategies. From quantity to quality. Good for planning, road-mapping and structuring ideas.
Prototyping and testing. Good for innovation projects, product development and long-term / on-going communication projects, when testing is possible.
WHY WE DO IT
Among other things, we managed to kill the briefing. Because it was so many times the source of all problems when coming up with a fantastic idea. How could we expect that one document (be it 100-paged or 1-lined), on the shoulders of one person, could represent a whole department or company, to carry the responsibility of having all the necessary info? It was unfair to say the least.
